1. What Ergot is

Ergot is a private service: Mateusz's AI assistant and dashboard. There is no public sign-up, subscription or contract with users. Access is limited to people to whom the operator has issued a private token.

2. Use

Do not attempt unauthorised access or bypass security. The operator may suspend access or change the token at any time.

3. No warranty

The service is provided "as is". AI-generated answers and summaries may be wrong or out of date, so verify anything important. Ergot is not medical, legal or financial advice, and WHOOP data is informational. Availability is not guaranteed. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot be excluded by law.

4. Data

Data handling is described in the privacy policy.
